We want to celebrate you with our “come celebrate with us” policy which allows patrons to bring in balloons and cake and use our open seating for free with the price of admission. If the birthday boy or girl would like a private room and a party attendant, we will elevate your celebration to an unforgettably fun celebration!   • Celebrate your baby’s first birthday with us and enjoy free admission for your little one and any fellow party guests under the age of 2. This package includes 10 adult admission tickets and is located near our exhibit halls designed with little ones in mind.

    Additional admission can be purchased separately.

  • Great for kids of all ages. This party package includes admission for up to 10 kids and 15 adults and a private room on our main exhibit floors. Great for those who prefer a less structured event and want to explore the museum on their own.

  • Best for older kids. This party package includes admission for up to 10 kids and 15 adults, a private room on our main exhibit floors, and your designated party attendant will lead party goers in their own private science lab! Pick one of our hands on labs including Slime, Food Science, and Aviation.

  • Best for larger groups and/or adults. This party package includes admission for up to 10 kids and 15 adults, a private room on our main exhibit floors, your choice of catered snacks, and your designated party attendant will lead party goers in their own private science lab! Pick one of our hands on labs including Slime, Food Science, or Aviation. Additionally, each party goer will receive a custom designed T-Shirt just for your party!

Birthday Party Guidelines and Policies

Payments and Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due anytime prior to the event beginning.

Cancellation
‍Cancellations are required no less than 15 business days prior to the reservation and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations that occur less than 15 business days prior to the reservation will incur a $25. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us immediately.


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my own food?

Yes! We encourage our party goers to bring in their own cake and are welcome to being in their own snacks as well. However, we. offer expert catering offering some kid favorites as well as adult-appealing options as well. Our kitchen is prepared to accommodate most allergies. Please let us know if there are any allergies in your party so we can prepare accordingly.

When can I start setting up?

Guests can start setting up 20 minutes prior to your reservation time. Need more time? Speak with one of our event specialists to see if an earlier setup time can be accommodated.

Do I need to clean up before I leave?

Nope! One of the perks of having your party at Exploration Summit is we handle all the clean up!

Can I leave stuff in the party room while we go enjoy the museum?

You are welcome to leave any belongings you chose in the party room during your reservation. If your reservation is expired but you still want to stick around a play a bit more, there are lockers available on the main floor to store any belongings you don’t want to cary with you.
